When a group of teen vigilantes accidentally kill a drug dealer, and dispose of the body in toxic waters, it emerges as a zombie. The answer to stopping its rampage? Kill one of their own to make a 'good zombie', and have it face off against the monster.

While it happens to be the precursor of the ‘rom-zom-com’ trend, such as My Boyfriend’s Back (1993) and Warm Bodies (2013), its main claim to fame is its soundtrack. The Fleshtones recorded the title track which got a lot of play on MTV, as well as tracks from Los Lobos, The Violent Femmes, The Del Fuegos and The dB’s.
