Despite Interpol's investigations, a series of mysterious jewelry thefts from museums across Europe continue. All the stolen jewels are items of an ancient Order of the Golden Eagle, and clues lead to 'The Duke', a character who wishes to revive the old Order.

Fittingly, The Duke is played by Ángel Picazo, who in real life, was the son of Alfonso XIII, former King of Spain. The film was seemingly only released in Spain, France and French-speaking Canada, as Donald Lautrec and Michèle Torr were popular singers across those regions at the time.
