A double bill with both films from the stable of husband and wife team Beverley and Ferd Sebastian. In an early lead role, Roger Davis graduates from replacing Pete Duel (after his untimely death) as Hannibal Heyes in Alias Smith and Jones (1971 - 1973), but thereafter, his career consisted of sporadic TV roles and occasional independent films, including Curtis Harrington's Ruby (1977). Here, Roger (Firecat) and former model Tricia Sembera (Flash) in nearly her only film role, play bank robbers who convince a manager that his son is kidnapped (when he's just admiring the getaway dune buggy) and leave with $50,000 across the desert - pursued by the law and a determined insurance agent. Spectacular stunts and chases ensue courtesy of Eddie Donno and his team - Race with the Devil, Gumball Rally, Blues Brothers, The Terminator, To Live and Die in L.A. etc.

Claudia Jennings packed a lot of exploitation classics into her short life, with an emphasis on sex and cars; even her final role was in David Cronenberg's Fast Company (1979). She'd just worked for the Sebastians on The Single Girls (1973) - a 10 Little Indians mash up with added sex, and as they got on so well, she asked them to write a special role for her - Swamp Bait, a steamy tale of attempted rape and revenge was the result.
