Price stars as a horror actor who, after years in an asylum after the murder of his fiancee, is given a second chance to resurrect his most famous horror character, Dr. Death. But murder follows his every move...

The Amazons, directed by Bond stalwart Terence Young, revolves around a tribe of warrior women who crown their new queen. She decrees that her women are to mate only once a year, and male children are to be killed at birth. Handsome King Theseus arrives as part of a breeding crew, so needless to say, a self-sufficient women-on-top society wasn't going to survive to the end of an Italian exploitation picture.
