Sadly no gorillas (the GM's a commando who happens to be a dab hand at climbing). Despite a promising fog-shrouded horror-style start, it's actually a war thriller in which a wounded soldier with vital information ends up in a hospital run by Nazi spies, who are determined to stop him.

It starred British actor John Loder, who made something of a career making films that sounded like something else - The Man Hunter (1930) was a Rin Tin Tin jungle epic, and The Hairy Ape (1944) turned out to be nothing but William Bendix with his shirt off. Shot in Burbank, Warners used most of their second-string British contract players for this fast paced 64 minute B movie propoganda piece.

Condition: VERY FINE / USA RESTORED & LINEN BACKED See other photo for the before and after comparison, where there were large fold separations, tears and paper loss to borders.
