The loves and lives of a young audience packed into the drive-in to watch 'Disaster '76'. The film within a film is a delirious mish-mash of disaster tropes, and provides some real Kentucky Fried Movie-style laughs, courtesy of snappy direction by Rod Amateau. In the UK, this went out on a double bill with Grizzly (1976); it was a brilliant pairing.
