Possibly José Ramon Larraz's most obscure film, this period ghost story set in India (courtesy of poorly matched stock footage) has an aristocratic white planter seduce and abandon a local girl. After his return from England married to a more respectable girl, she commits suicide, but not before cursing him and his new bride.

The cast has some credibility - Rosalba Neri is the spurned native girl, who started in numerous peplum, Franco's The Castle of Fu Manchu (1969), Lady Frankenstein (1971) and The Arena (1974). Mary Maude as the bride had a good run with The House That Screamed (1969) for Narciso Serrador, Crucible of Terror (1971), Double Exposure (1977) and Norman J Warren's Terror (1978).
